THE IMPORTANCE OF POLISHING YOUR DIET DURING PREGNANCY

During pregnance,its important to increase your intake of certain vitamins and minerals such as iron  and folic acid.
Take your folic acid supplement at least through the first trimester,eat small frequent meals as it helps in some cases to subside some of the discomforts of pregnancy such as heartburn.
